I cannot recommend Jim Stelljes highly enough! My sisters and I began working to liquidate, renovate and sell our parents’ home of over 35 years in September of 2020. We handled the project from out-of-town, and Jim was our right-hand man. He helped us locate top-notch contractors and aided in determining the right level of investment for the greatest return. Jim’s many years of local real estate experience makes him adept in the nuances of this market. He patiently and thoughtfully guided us through trying negotiations, during which he was tough but fair. Jim’s calm demeanor and sense of humor in the most stressful moments created much-needed levity. We were impressed with Jim’s incredible responsiveness. He was kind and patient with our endless questions and made sure that we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions. Jim is highly professional, thorough and honest. With Jim’s expert assistance, the house came under contract immediately and closed in just three weeks.

Clearly explaining the process and details of the contract, and what his roll would be, prompt responses, informative of details, clarifying options, personable, professional, polite, pleasant, generous of spirit, and,..to the rescue. Will definitely refer friends and engage him again for next sale.

Only thing I was not happy about was house listed and showing with sign not being up till almost a week later. As someone who has worked retail most of his life, a holiday weekend means longer hours and working harder. So why your sign person would not be out there putting up my sign while many people are out there visiting the neighborhood during a holiday weekend is beyond me. Happily, things turned out well in spite of but still puzzling.

Jim was very professional and responsive. Nice to deal with. Walked me through every step of the process. Returned my calls and texts quickly. He listed and sold my house in one day.

Jim was exceptional from our first phone call until the day of settlement. He worked with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions, no matter how big or small. He always made time for us, like we were the only clients he had. He worked tirelessly for us once we found our dream home, getting us to settlement within a short time.

From the moment we started searching for our first home, I was so nervous that our realtor would be disorganized, self-serving, or otherwise terrible to work with. Jim quickly proved that he was none of those things! He was very kind, professional, and on top of things. He continually sent us helpful reminders and other information that we would need. Jim made our home-buying experience unbelievably easy, and I am so thankful we found him! I would 10 / 10 recommend him to anyone looking for the best realtor!!

The process was smooth, however it felt that much of the progress was made based on personal drive and not the direction provided by the realtor. If not for an inquisitive attitude on my part I feel that certain deficiencies in the sales process would have been more detrimental. However, I feel that he was exceedingly helpful and available when needed.
